Falls Du mal nicht ins Studio kommen kannst, haben wir interessante online-Angebote für Dich! Wenn Du Dir unsicher bist, welcher Kurs am besten zu Dir passt, finden wir das gern gemeinsam heraus. Wir beraten Dich gern. Die Krankenkassen zahlen bei regelmäßiger Teilnahme bis zu 80% der Kursgebühr. Die AOK Niedersachsen bis zu 100%.

Course Overview

Yoga for Beginners


Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm

The ideal course for beginners and returners. Yoga is more than physical training on the mat. Yoga also has an effect on the mind and soul. The focus is on learning and deepening the main asanas and their effects on different levels. We devote ourselves to the subtleties in the sun salutation and get in touch with the breath. Through positive thinking, meditation and affirmations ('I feel the power within me.') you learn to align and calm your mind. Mindful practice allows you to perceive and feel more deeply. Longer and repeated relaxation sessions, accompanied by soft tones and sounds, take you out of your everyday life and lead you into your balance. This is a certified course in accordance with §20 SGB V.

Yin Yoga


Mondays 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Yin Yoga is about relaxing into the position. By staying in one position for a long time (3-5 min), the deeper lying fascia tissue is addressed, which leads to an enormous improvement in your flexibility. You also get in touch with yourself and become an observer of your thoughts. Give your body the time it needs; let go of your own demands and accept what is possible here and now. With the gentle, passive Yin Yoga you create a balance to your active Yang-oriented everyday life. Not suitable for pregnant women. This is a certified course in accordance with §20 SGB V.

Soft Yoga


Mondays 4:00pm - 5:00pm + Thursdays 10:00am - 11:00am

This course is especially suitable for you if you are limited in your movement due to chronic illness/pain, cancer diagnosis, overweight, older age or other influences, or if you otherwise consider yourself rather unathletic. You exercise as your body allows you to today. The class is guided by awareness of the body, limits and mindfulness in every movement, and ends with a soothing relaxation session. This is a certified course in accordance with §20 SGB V.

Pregnancy Yoga

In this class we accompany you through a very special time, a time full of changes. We practice gently and mindfully, so that you feel welcome in every phase of your pregnancy. The yoga and breathing exercises are adapted to your body and with relaxation and meditation you will find peace and serenity in the chaos of emotions. The focus is on slowing down and getting in touch with you and your baby. This is a certified course in accordance with §20 SGB V.

Fascia Fitness


Mondays 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. + Fridays 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Fascia Fitness consists of exercises with intensive stretching, control and strengthening as well as fascia roll massage. This combination releases muscular-fascial bottlenecks that have developed due to our current sedentary or one-sided lifestyle. With regular practice you can achieve an improvement in mobility and relief from tension-related pain. You will need your own fascia rollers/balls. We will be happy to advise you on this. This course is not certified as a prevention course.




Business Yoga

Physically hard work, lack of or one-sided movement (e.g. desk work) and high workloads lead to increasing numbers of illnesses. Treat yourself to a portion of movement and relaxation during your lunch break. In this way, you can get off your desk and onto your mat and return to your desk strengthened and relaxed - for more health in your everyday life. Focus on your back


Always Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. + Wednesdays 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

In this (Hatha Yoga) class we will focus all our attention on the back. The focus will always be on different areas (shoulders, neck, lower back...) and topics (headaches, posture, responsibility...). Accompanying the exercises, you will receive background information and tips for practical implementation in everyday life. You can expect a mixture of yoga, coaching and relaxation. This course is subsidised by the statutory health insurance.

Children Yoga


Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:30 pm

We welcome all children aged 5-9 who enjoy movement and want to try something new. The physical and breathing exercises are specially adapted to the age of the children. Here, the kids experience a time without any pressure to perform or competition. The focus is on the perception of the body, the expression of thoughts and feelings and relaxation in an otherwise rather hectic and technique-oriented everyday life. The classes consist of a welcome ritual, playful movement (sun salutations, asanas, yoga memory), rest phases (singing bowls, breathing exercises, tones) and a relaxation unit (fantasy journey, mandala, self-massage). This course is subsidised by the statutory health insurance funds.

Yoga & Meditation


Always Tuesdays 06:30 - 07:30 am ONLINE
+ Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Meditation is on everyone's lips. And by now it has even been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on health (physical and mental). At the beginning we go into gentle movements and stretching exercises to prepare the body for sitting. Breathing exercises calm the thoughts and clear the mind. Afterwards there will be a meditation, where you will learn different techniques. This course is subsidised by the statutory health insurance.

Relaxed into the weekend


Always on Fridays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

We shake off stress with Yang-oriented, powerful exercises, then move into supported, stretching Yin Yoga postures to release any last tensions, and finally sink into a long relaxation (alternating between progressive muscle relaxation, autosuggestion, Yoga Nidra, sound journey...). A perfect start into the weekend. This course is subsidised by the statutory health insurance funds.

Vinyasa Yoga


Always Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. + Fridays 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga in which movements are performed in sync with the breath. The individual asanas are strung together in a dynamic, powerful way. This form of yoga is very workout emphasised and places less emphasis on the spiritual aspects of yoga. This course is not certified as a prevention course.




Basic Yoga

Spinal gymnastics


Mondays 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. + Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Sign up now.
Spinal gymnastics is a gentle back training. With special exercises for stretching, mobilisation and strengthening of the trunk muscles, complaints around the spine are to be alleviated and prevented. This course is not certified as a prevention course.




Kid's course "Grashüpfer"

Movement class with games, fun and action for children aged 3 to 6 years with our ergotherapists Kathi and Stefie: In addition to the joy of movement, perception, communication, social interaction and theme-based learning are on the programme. The children develop and experience different areas of experience and competence. They use their own bodies, a wide variety of materials and each other.
